In my Natural Resource Management course focused on outreach methods, we were in charge of creating a presentation about any sector of sustainability. My teacher urged us to connect our presentations to our major. Throughout this slide show I explain what LEED is and how to apply it within the design industry.
gREEN RESTAURANT DESIGN
Fall 2018
Originally planning on minoring in Tourism and Hospitality Management, I took the introduction course at NDSU. This presentation was a team project based on looking into a certain type of hospitality and the current trends within that industry. Our research spanned across different initiatives restaurants can take in order to reduce waste, water usage, and energy. We used the LEED standards as a resource for this project.
